Terms of Service


Services / Products & Fulfilment Timelines:


All services purchased will be targeted for completion within 8 weeks after payment is cleared and received by Integrous Business Solutions and all of the design information is received for the service / project.

Purchase Agreement Of Product / Service:

All products and services fulfilled by Integrous Business Solutions are completed by professional designers, programmers, and writers. All of these professionals delivering your products / services are artists and their work is considered art. If you purchase our services / products you agree that the final product we produce is artwork and will accept all the creativity applied to your project by the artist. Make sure you evaluate our portfolio and accept the style of the work we are capable of delivering before purchasing services / products from us.

It is impossible for somebody to read your mind, so if there is something specific you wish to have included in the design of your site make sure you describe it the best you can.

We will only fulfil the products that are paid for in full. If there is design information for a product / service included in your design request that you did not pay for, that information will be disregarded.

Only information included in your final design request will be used in the development of your site. Design requests for a project that are submitted after the project has started may be disregarded. Integrous Business Solutions reserves the right to accept or decline any additional design information submitted after the project start date at the discretion of Integrous Business Solutions.

Refund Policy:

Many labor hours are invested into delivering our products / services for our clients and no refunds will be given. If necessary we will redesign any products / services you purchased if they are not as described in your design request for the project.

Additional Details For Integrous Business Solutions Partners:

Partners will receive a discounted rate on all services and products available through Integrous Business Solutions.

Partners of Integrous Business Solutions will also be allowed to use all support resources on a single website domain name that has been approved by Integrous Business Solutions.

It is free to become a Partner of Integrous Business Solutions, but your application must be approved by Integrous Business Solutions. Integrous Business Solutions reserves the right to accept / decline any application at the discretion of Integrous Business Solutions. The requirements are listed below:

Must have a Corporation, LLC. Sole Proprietors may be considered but must have at least a DBA registered with their state.

Must have purchased at least one service / product from Integrous Business Solutions. (Exceptions may be made depending on the situation.)

Must have a website.

Partners of Integrous Business Solutions are able to resell all services and products at any rate they choose.

Partners of Integrous Business Solutions must resell products and services under their own company name.

Partners assume all responsibility and liability for the sales they make. Integrous Business Solutions has no liability for the product / service being sold to the Partner’s customer. Partners are responsible for the following including but not limited to: charge backs, customer service for their clients, processing payments, complaints, creating backups for products / services, and support.

Prices and rates on services / products are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the Partner to check prices before selling the service. If there is a price change it will be made on the 1st or 15th of the month so Partners will have sufficient time to make adjustments to their prices if needed.

Services / Products may be added or removed without notice. If a Service or Product is removed it will be done on the 1st or 15th of the month so Partners will have sufficient time to change their catalogues. It is the Partner’s responsibility to make sure their catalogue is up to date.

Work on a Partner’s order will not begin until both 100% of payment is received and the design Information has been submitted. Checks will not be accepted. (Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Integrous Business Solutions)

If a Partner has several orders for different clients, each website for a client order must be submitted as a separate order.

A separate design request must be submitted for each individual order.

If hosting, domains, or other renewable services are purchased through Integrous Business Solutions, the Partner is responsible for submitting a renewal payment on time. Failure to submit a payment on time for these types of services may result in their client’s sites being suspended or possibly shutdown.

Integrous Business Solutions will not solicit any clients belonging to Partners of Integrous Business Solutions.

Submitting of Design Information Agreement:

Any design information submitted prior to receiving payment will be ignored.  You must have purchased a service in order to provide design information for that service.

Any design information included in the design submission that was for a product / service that wasn’t paid for will be ignored.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to include all design information on the form.  Integrous Business Solutions is not responsible for including features that were not described in the design information.

The buyer understands that the work created is a form of art and has done his / her due diligence and researched Integrous Business Solutions LLC portfolio and accepts our skills and creativity.

Integrous Business Solutions LLC will not issue any redesigns on work that has been completed according to the original design information.

Website / Account Suspension and Deletions:

If a Customer / Partner fails to make a hosting payment or domain payment on or before the due date the account will automatically be suspended until payment is made.

If an account remains delinquent for more than 60 days, the account will be deleted.

Copy Right Notice:

All content including content, descriptions, blog posts, graphics and videos are property of Integrous Business Solutions LLC. Any use of this content without prior consent of Integrous Business Solutions LLC will not be tolerated and will be pursued with all possible legal action.

Changes to Terms of Service Agreement:

Integrous Business Solutions LLC reserves the right to change / update the Terms of Service Agreements without notice at any time.  The changes of the Terms of Service on the website become effective immediately at the time of publishing / updating the Terms of Service.
